By using technology, a music production software, I create
these pure tone (solfeggio frequencies) that have been proven

The sound therapy can be individual or group sessions of 2 hours, where we first meet, I will explain about this type of therapy and we'll have an interview to set intentions for what you want to work.
The sound therapy last around 90 minutes and afterwards we'll have a period of integration.

During the day, the wizard shifts into a vocal coach & music guider, diving into the holistic aspect of these tools. As we connect to the essence of music as vibration and resonance, we will understand at a deeper level all the different aspects of our life that are interconnected to this practice of singing and playing an instrument as an extension of ourselves.

We will work in the subtle realm of the mind and our different bodies: our physical
body and, as Anthroposophy, the spiritual science teach us, our ethereal and astral body
(active energetic body the first one, emotions and sensations for the second one). By doing
this we will be able to perceive the different things that need to be activated or removed. By working subtly on these aspects of our bodies we will tune into a healthy music practice, aligned with the inner vision required to become our own teachers.
I will provide technical tools that combined with the spiritual aspects of music will make you see fast improvements. This also integrates a study on how’s your life, how’s your routine, what kind of habits you have, how’s your diet and how you nourish yourself.
Marta combines his studies on spirituality, philosophy, psychology, Anthroposophy, ancient knowledge and cultures to make a precise and effective work on the needs of their clients, brining a holistic approach to the medicine of music and singing as a therapeutic tool for our life.
Jungian Coaching

Certified on Jungian Coaching and studying different matters on psychology, Anthroposophy (spiritual science), philosophy, human behavior and human development, I will support and accompany the life processes you are going through. My main focus is on what Carl Jung called ‘the process of individuation’, the path of individual evolution, becoming aligned and complete beings by working on every aspect of our lives, bringing balance to those aspects by putting the right energy, perspective and intention.
Whether finding your purpose in life, finding motivation, focusing on your talents
and gifts, or facing your deepest shadows to go to the root of your emotional blockages,
understanding the spiral of your thought patterns, which can be the aspects that are preventing
you to reach our highest level of connection and consciousness, hence is essential in the ‘process of individuation’.
We will work using the different archetypes that Jung proposed, analyzing how each one can reflect our strengths and where to put the focus on what is out of balance. At the same time we will be focusing on other main concepts of Jung's work, such as the Anima and the Animu (the feminine and masculine aspect of our unconscious mind respectively, which are energies of great importance to identify, be in touch and harmony), the Shadow (the unconscious part of the psyche that contains all the aspects of ourselves that we refuse to acknowledge or admit) and the Persona (the appearance we show to the outside world, which can be like a social mask we use to adapt to the norms and expectations of our environment).
Music Producer & Arranger
As a producer, Federico has been working on many projects for more than 14 years assisting the process of creation, arrangement and general production, bringing magic & creativity with an authentic esthetic. This includes many of his own projects, bands and solo career over the years in Buenos Aire, and currently living in Costa Rica, in Nosara, working with many different local and foreign artists, assisting and accompanying the process of production and recording.
The experience of recording is one that can bring a lot of vulnerability and emotions to the surface, and this process is held in a completely safe environment, where empathy and patience are the main values in his work.

As a music producer, Federico's goal is to connect with musicians on a spiritual level, creating a relationship of trust and fluidity to understand on a deeper level the kind of music they want to create and how I can improve it. As an arranger, he likes to provide simple, creative and concise ideas that support the song, avoiding overloading the original idea and essence of the song. It is known in music, and in art in general, that most of the time less is more.
